Vintage Cobalt Blue Decanter with Gold Detail

Could this be a vase? Sure! I think it would fabulous on a bar cart with some cobalt stems.

Measures 8 1/2" tall x 2-1/2" across the bottom and 2-3/4" across the top.

In beautiful condition however there is some gold lost (please see photos).
