Some of the red and green paint has worn off, but it is almost impossible to find one of these where this hasn't happened.

Otherwise this piece is in fine condition - there are no chips, cracks, scratches, or other signs of damage.

Made from redware pottery, with a glossy black glaze and hand painted accents on the head and neck.

The teapot measures 6 inches high (with lid on), about 8 inches wide (side to side), and almost 5 inches deep (front to back). Because of its irregular shape, it is difficult to measure precisely.
