Vintage Black Etched Incrusto Glass Vase with Pink Detailing

This is really interesting - etched black glass with pink, green and red detail.

Partial sticker reads "Incrusto VDC"

Measures 10-1/4" in height x 4-3/4" across the base x 2-1/4" across the top.

The inside edge on the top is a little rough but the outside edge is a smooth bevelled edge, leading me to believe this isn't a flaw. Nothing else I can see to note - a beautiful piece in great condition.
