Antique Mini White Pottery Confetti Poodle

Lovely pebble or confetti style poodle style. Potters would achieve this”curly” coat from an application of crushed up slip that had been pushed through a sieve onto the glazed surface of the poodle. Here we have a solo dog, about 4.25 inches tall.

Typical wear given the age of the piece. There are areas where the “curls” are more sparse, and some defects from the time of manufacture and I believe some gold loss on the painted collar.

This piece is approximately 4.25 inches short, 3 inches long, and about 2 inches wide.
